Apprenticeships foster a more motivated, knowledgeable
workforce. They help you avoid skills shortages - the
apprenticeship training programme develops the skills of the people
who already work for you.
The Skills People apprenticeships are designed by business, for
business and lead to relevant, recognised qualifications. We have
worked with a range of successful companies including Jamie
Oliver's Fifteen Foundation, Citi Group and Credit Suisse to
deliver apprenticeship training. They discovered the positive
difference apprenticeships can make to customer service and staff
motivation and retention.
