What does it involve?
Our Account Managers will work closely with you to understand your
recruitment needs and identify potential candidates for interview.
All candidates receive pre-interview support and guidance,
including CV writing and interviewing techniques. They also receive
sector-specific skills training, guaranteeing that their skills are
up to date and relevant.
This service is free to the employer and to the candidates.
Training after recruitment
Successful candidates can be funded to complete Level 2, Level 3
or apprenticeship programmes once in employment through the Train
to Gain programme.
