What will I study?
This course explores the three core units for the CIH Level 3
Certificate plus the six units for the Supported Housing Pathway.
This course consolidates knowledge in this area and provides a
qualification accredited by the Chartered Institute of Housing
(CIH).

What are the entry requirements?
You will need to attend an interview at the College and complete
an aptitude test.
How will I be assessed?
Assessment is through written coursework, which is accredited by
the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH). Students are also
required to undertake a range of practical tasks in their place of
work and to write reflectively about these. This element of the
course is assessed by the CIH. Students also meet regularly with
tutors to help plan studies and discuss progress.
What can I do next?
This can lead to gaining promotion or changing jobs. Many
students have also gone on to HNC programmes.
