Who is this course for?
Intensive gas training programme designed to supplement on the job
training when a gas operative is working under supervision with a
registered engineer, the operative builds a portfolio of gas work
over a period and on completion of the portfolio, end tests prepare
him/her for ACS progression.

- Flue installation / testing
- Assessment 1 domestic installation
- Assessment 2 gas safety controls
- Assessment 3 flues and ventilation
- Portfolio review
Weeks 15- 16
What can I do next?
Successful candidates will be able to progress to ACS CCN1
assessments.
What are the entry requirements?
Candidates must be able to obtain on the job work experience with a
registered engineer. Basic levels of literacy and calculations.
