National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) are flexible
qualifications which are suitable for many different care
environments. The qualifications can be adapted to suit individual
work roles. The NVQs will give you a qualification which provides
your level of competence. As people progress in their career then
the higher level qualificaitons beocme more management orientated
perhaps leading to a degree in Early Years.
