What will I study?
This course is suitable for those working directly with service
users in a health or care setting with reponsibility for
supervising others. You will gain the knowledge and skills
necessary to practice in the field of health and social care and
will be assessed both at College and in the workplace. Subject
areas covered include communications and relationships, equality
and safety and security in the workplace.

What are the entry requirements?
You will need to be employed in a relevant role and demonstrate
a commitment to study and basic competence in written English. You
will also need written confirmation from an employer regarding your
job's responsibilities and their agreement to observing you in the
work place.
