Candidates will develop their skills and gain a basic knowledge
in the components of Care Planning, they will be enabled to Assess,
Plan, Implement and Evaluate Care, and explore the role of the Key
Worker.
The course is delivered over a full day in groups of up to 15
people in the workplace or at the college.

- Be able to compile / interpret a care plan
- Indentify roles in care planning process
- Understand the main principals of care planning process
