The BICS Cleaning Operators Proficiency Certificate (COPC) is
awarded and moderated by the British Institute of Cleaning Science
(BICSc) and is nationally recognised within the cleaning
Industry.
It is delivered in the workplace, over 18 hours according to the
agreed tasks and company requirements.
All learners will be trained to the BICSc standards by The
Skills People's qualified BICSc Assessors.
