As one of London’s foremost training providers, it made complete sense for us to host one of the heat’s for this year’s UK Team Clean Challenge,” said Mark Cook, Executive Director of The Skills People.
The Team Clean Challenge is a chance to show that cleaning is a
highly skilled job, worthy of serious recognition. The
competition has gone from strength to strength, from the UK to
Europe and onto the world stage as part of WorldSkills - the
largest and most prestigious international skills competition.
A team of cleaning operatives from Romec, were set a series of
tasks at The Skills People's headquarters in south east
London. A number of situations were created on site including
a hotel bedroom. There are six heats taking place across the
country with the final taking place on 30 June 2010.
