Unimpressed with past offerings, people weren’t signing up for or completing courses at Novotel. Carl Smith, head of human resources, asked us to help. We ran a Training Clinic to sell the benefits on workplace training. We offered national qualifications alongside in-house ones. We inspired, rewarded and supported staff. Now they’re queuing up to improve their skills.
