The Ritz has been home to the great and the good, the intelligentsia, the glitterati and thousands of discerning guests since 1906. One of the challenges facing it is to train their potential future management helping them move from a culture of individual working to one which was more collaborative. To assist them in this transformation The Ritz searched for training that would develop skills in motivation, leadership, communication and relationship management

The Skills People proposed a training solution that included on-the-job training and development which would equip team leaders at The Ritz London with the tools required to challenge, engage and support their staff.

The result? There is improved productivity, working relationships, team briefings and increased motivation.
